As the Holidays approach, you may be thinking of some dishes to prepare for yourself, friends, and/or family. If so, our Vegan Holiday cooking class might be a good way to spice up your Holiday entertaining options.

We have created a mini-version of Vdalish’s (
https://vdalish.com/) popular 3 class Holiday Cooking Series into one 3 hour hands-on cooking class. We have 12 class spots for Friday 11/10/2017 from 6pm to 9pm. The menu for the night will be:
Mac N Cheezz (Side dish)
Seitan Roast (Main dish)
Sweet Potato Pie (Dessert)
We will actually make the dishes (hands-on) with instruction from our Vdalish instructor and owner, Chantele Jones. As a precaution, anyone with food allergies to wheat, soy, nuts or tree nuts, should not take this class.
Due to the small class size, we will register one University of Michigan alum per spot. If this event sells out, we will offer more cooking classes with Vdalish in 2018, her group Holiday classes are booked until the end of 2017.
