Noah Wexler

Falk/Hatch Scholarship
2025/2026

My name is Noah Wexler, and I am the Head Student Manager for the Michigan Football Team. I grew up in Santa Monica, California, with my four younger siblings, ranging in age from twenty to two years old. Growing up, I worked as a lifeguard/camp counselor at the beach and our local recreation center. Throughout high school, I worked as a math and, eventually, calculus tutor as well.

Michigan was always my dream school growing up, as I wanted to leave the West Coast and live and grow in the Midwest.

Along with being a manager, I am a varsity member of MRun, the running club here on campus. Running has always been a passion of mine, as it allowed me to channel my competitive nature. Despite being from California, I love running in the cold and snow; I am eager to put in my headphones, blast music, and run through the winter wonderland of Ann Arbor. Through my dedication to the sport and being pushed by my peers, I have run a 15:30 5k and 4:24 mile while part of the club team.

Academically, I am a senior studying Computer Science through the School of LSA. Still unsure of what I want to do professionally, I am continuing to take a diverse course load of CS and Mathematics classes, such as the introduction to Machine Learning and AI.

In Schembechler Hall, I have done practically everything, as this is my third season with the team. Aside from traditional manager roles, I have signaled defensive play calls in games and collaborated with coaches before and after practice, analyzing film. I have operated the jugs machine, worked in the equipment room, and even worked with the recruiting department. No matter what job I was tasked with, I have always made sure to give it my all.

Despite everything I have done, my favorite part of working for the team has been hiring and training the new class of field managers. Teaching and leading have always been passions of mine, so getting to combine them with football felt like a dream come true.

I am incredibly thankful for this scholarship and beyond excited to finish my education in Ann Arbor. Go Blue!
